Daniel Grassl (born April 4, 2002 in Meran ) is an Italian figure skater who starts in a single run .

Daniel Grassl started ice skating at the age of seven. In 2018, at the age of only 16, he surprisingly became Italian champion ahead of Matteo Rizzo . Thereupon the strong South Tyrolean made his debut in Minsk in 2019 at the European Championships and finished sixth. He was a four-time Rittberger in both the short program and the freestyle . On March 8th, he was third at the Junior World Championships in Zagreb .
