Ivan Righini (formerly Iwan Wadimowitsch Barijew , born April 16, 1991 in Moscow , Soviet Union ) is an Italian - Russian figure skater who competes in a single run for Italy .

Righini became Russian junior champion in 2007 and 2008. In 2013 he changed associations and has since competed for Italy under his mother's maiden name.

From 2014 to 2016 Righini was Italian champion. His best placements at Europa - u. World championships were so far the sixth place at the European championship 2016 and twelfth place at the world championship 2016 .

Righini trains with Michael Huth in Oberstdorf .
