Daniel Lackner (born May 26, 1987 in Wels , Upper Austria ) is a former Austrian ski jumper.

Career

Lackner started gymnastics in his childhood and came to ski jumping through a relative , which he has been doing since 1997.

In the 2005/06 winter season he jumped 202 meters as a forerunner on the Kulm . In the Continental Cup he won the Iron Mountain and Zakopane competitions . In the German Brotterode he was able to take third place. At the Junior World Championships in Rovaniemi , Finland , in 2005, he finished ninth in the individual and fourth in the team competition.

In the World Cup he had been four bets. He captured his first World Cup point with 30th place in Oslo in the 2005/06 season.
