Daniel Schultz
(Georg) Daniel Schultz the Younger (* 1615 ; † 1683 ) was a painter from Gdansk who portrayed many of the city's patricians , such as Johannes Hevelius . He learned from his uncle (Daniel Schultz the Elder (? –1646)) and abroad. From 1649 to 1660 he portrayed the Polish kings as court painter in Warsaw .
Various of his painted portraits were engraved in copper by Jeremias Falck , who was working in Danzig at the same time as Schultz.
