Daniela Kovářová
Daniela Kovářová , (born November 17, 1964 in Ostrava ) is a Czech lawyer, writer and politician. In 2009/10 she was Minister of Justice in the Jan Fischer government .
After attending a grammar school in her native Ostrava, Kovářová studied from 1983 to 1987 at the Faculty of Law at the Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Brno . From 1990 to 2008 she ran a law firm in Pilsen . From 1999 she worked at the Czech Bar Association ( Czech Česká advokátní komora ).
On May 8, 2009, she was sworn in as a non-party Minister of Justice, proposed by the ODS , in Fischer's government of experts.
Kovářová published specialist literature, guides, autobiographical anecdotes, and fiction , which often revolve around legal issues. She published two of her collections of stories under the pseudonym Ida Sebastiani .
