Daniela Wirth

Daniela Wirth (born October 13, 1967 in Düsseldorf ) is a former German basketball player .

career

In 1985, Wirth made the leap from the youngsters to the Bundesliga line-up of German series champions DJK Agon 08 Düsseldorf . She became German champion with Düsseldorf, later she played for TSV Bayer 04 Leverkusen until 1994 and then from 1994 to 1996 for TV Bensberg  in the Bundesliga.

In 1984, Wirth took part in the German selection at the European Junior Championships. Between July 1985 and June 1993, she played 60 A-internationals, her maximum points she achieved it in a friendly game against France at the end of May 1989, when she reached twelve points.
