The Josinsky-Luch nature reserve is located in the municipality of Märkische Heide in the Dahme-Spreewald district in Brandenburg .

The area, a lynx with the identification number 1235, was placed under nature protection by ordinance of October 1, 1990 . The 172- hectare nature reserve stretches east of Alt-Schadow , a district of the Märkische Heide community, along the south-flowing Spree . On the northwestern edge of the area runs the state road L 42, to the west extends the 297 hectare Neuendorfer See and northwards the 18.6 hectare Godna lake .
