The nature reserve Borcheltsbusch and Brandkieten is located in the area of the city of Luckau in the Dahme-Spreewald district in Brandenburg .
The area with the identification number 1307 was placed under nature protection by ordinance of March 26, 1981 . The approximately 142 hectare nature reserve extends west of Görlsdorf , a district of the city of Luckau, and south of the core city of Luckau. The Berste , a left tributary of the Spree, flows on the western edge of the area . The Görlsdorfer Wald nature reserve extends to the south-east, covering around 195 hectares .
