Danny Rubin
Danny Rubin (* 1957 ) is an American screenwriter and playwright . Together with Harold Ramis , he wrote the screenplay for the comedy film And Groundhog Day (1993), for which the two received the British Academy Film Award for best screenplay .
Rubin earned a BA . in biology from Brown University and an MA . in radio, television and film from Northwestern University . Since 1995 he has been teaching scripts at numerous universities and has spoken on this topic at scientific conferences.
