The E3 Capital Holding (self-nomination E3 group) is a 2017 holding company based international group of companies with headquarters in Frankfurt am Main in the field of exhibitions, events and environments that sees itself as a live marketing Solutions platform. The E3 Group is currently (as of 2019) represented by eight individual companies in Germany , the USA , China and the United Arab Emirates .

The companies of the E3 Group employ around 1500 people worldwide. The company offers above the line and below the line marketing solutions to its customers. Joern Trierweiler has been CEO since May 2020.

history

E3 Capital Holding was founded in 2017 and has its roots in ET Global GmbH. In 2018, the company moved into its headquarters in Frankfurt am Main.

Company and activity areas

ET Global GmbH

ET Global (formerly Expotechnik) was founded in 1968 in Kemnat near Stuttgart as trade fair design Soschinski . It offered exhibition stands on a rental basis and developed the System 1000 , which was based on wood and chrome-plated supports and at the time represented a new type of innovation that gave the company a technical unique selling point at an early stage. In 1970 the company presented a trade fair stand in UFO design for Diehl at CeBIT in Hanover . In 1971 the company moved from Baden-Württemberg to Taunusstein in Hesse . At the beginning of the 1970s, the company offered the entire scope of services from conception, planning, logistics and implementation. In addition, the switch to lighter, aluminum-supported exhibition systems was a competitive advantage. In 1982 Expotechnik Contracts Ltd. Founded in Great Britain , Expotechnik in Taunusstein became the worldwide headquarters. Expotechnik expanded to America in 1988 with its first location in Atlanta . In the 90s, the company expanded to Melbourne and Singapore , and in the 2000s, the locations in Tokyo , Sydney and Shanghai were established. Las Vegas and Mexico City followed in 2006 . Today, ET Global develops marketing concepts for companies from various industries to advertise and market products and services at international trade fairs and events. For the implementation of trade fair appearances, ET Global developed its own modules with which trade fair stands can be built. The company operates its own logistics center in Germany as well as locations in the AMERICAS, EMEA and APAC economic areas ( Frankfurt , Hamburg , Stuttgart , Atlanta, Mexico City, Dubai , Shanghai, Singapore, Tokyo, Melbourne and Johannesburg ). With 500 employees, the company implements around 2000 projects worldwide every year, on areas between 12 and 12,000 square meters. The customer portfolio includes international groups such as Audi , Deutsche Lufthansa and the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, as well as leading medium-sized companies such as Krones , Phoenix Contact and SEW EURODRIVE . Patrick Soschinski is the managing director.

Keck GmbH

Keck GmbH, based in Weil der Stadt , Baden-Wuerttemberg , develops branded spaces for companies on areas from 12 to 12,000 square meters. The company specializes in architecture, design and decoration of branding for premium customers. With 170 employees, Keck implements around 2000 projects per year on a total of 200,000 square meters. Customers include Alutec , Axon , Trumpf , Warema , Zeiss and ZF . The company was founded in 1987 and taken over by E3 Holding in 2019. Keck has locations in Stuttgart, Shanghai and Vancouver . The managing director is Markus Futterer.

Reception + GmbH

Reception + GmbH is a recruiter for reception and concierge services for premium customers. For this, the employees of the company take over the telephone services themselves, advise on the design of foyers and give training for the customers' employees. Reception + was founded in 1988 and has four locations in Germany: Frankfurt, Munich , Hamburg and Berlin . Customers include the European Central Bank , PricewaterhouseCoopers , Die Allianz and Oracle . The company has 250 employees under the managing director Mirko Steinbüchel.

Electra Events & Exhibitions (LLC)

Electra acts as a realization agency for trade fair stands, events and exhibitions in the Middle East, with locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi . The company works with international agencies and event organizers such as Publicis, Auditoire, Prisme, International, HG creation, Imagination and Art Dubai. Electra has 500 employees and was founded in 1992, the managing director is Jean-Charles Durand. Electra has been part of E3 Holding since 2018.

bluepool GmbH

Bluepool GmbH is based in Leinfelden-Echterdingen near Stuttgart. The company offers complete service packages for exhibition stands and corporate events. With 120 employees, around 1,500 projects are implemented annually in 60 countries; in addition to the in-house services, there are additional service providers from the company's service pool. Customers include Osram , Rexroth , Sedus , Daimler , Siemens , Bosch and Microsoft . bluepool also organizes general meetings for companies or pop-up events. The company was founded in 2004 and is managed by Rainer Pfeil and Frank-Dieter Keinath.

Excite Europe GmbH

The Excite specializes in particular in exhibition stands and events with a B2C focus for international, mostly medium-sized companies that want to present themselves to a narrowly defined target group. With 30 employees, Excite has been implementing around 500 projects worldwide since 2018 on up to 800 square meters, for brands such as AccorHotels , Nuremberg Airport , Saber or The Ritz Carlton . The company is based in Frankfurt, the managing director is Patrick O. Soschinski.

BIGBLUE Professional Solutions GmbH

BIGBLUE is an offshoot of bluepool and a contractual partner of Landesmesse Stuttgart . The company was founded in 2018 and, with 15 employees in Stuttgart, offers support for the planning and implementation of exhibition stands at Messe Stuttgart. The managing director is Frank-Dieter Keinath.

SCF Corporate Services GmbH

SCF Corporate Services is the central service company of the E3 group of companies. She takes on services in the areas of purchasing, warehouse, finance, HR and IT for the entire holding.
