Danny Tenaglia (born March 7, 1961 in New York City ) is an American DJ and music producer .

Life

Danny Tenaglia was born and raised in Brooklyn , New York City . He had his first appearances in the "Roller Palace", in the "Stix" and in the "Crisco Disco". In 1985 he moved to Miami and became a resident DJ at Cheers . A few years later he moved back to New York, where he still performs regularly in clubs.

In addition to his job as a DJ, Tenaglia became known for his over 200 remixes and own productions. He reinterpreted songs by Madonna , Janet Jackson , Grace Jones , Kim Mazelle , Bette Midler , Cher , Depeche Mode , the Pet Shop Boys , Schiller (Global Underground 017, London - cd2) and Blondie .
