Daowai

Daowai ( 道外區 / 道外区 , Dàowài Qū ) is a municipality in the sub-provincial city of Harbin in the Chinese province of Heilongjiang . The city district has an area of 618.6 km² and has around 688,800 inhabitants (end of 2009). Its seat of government is at 55 Bei Shisidao Jie Street (北十四道街 55 号).

Administrative structure
