Songbei

Songbei ( 松 北區  /  松 北区 , Sōngběi Qū ) is a municipality in the sub-provincial city of Harbin in the Chinese province of Heilongjiang . The city district has an area of ​​736.3 km² and has about 197,000 inhabitants (end of 2006). His seat of government is in the Songbei Street District at Songbei Yilu No. 18 (松 北 一路 18 号).
