Dario Pizzano

Dario Pizzano (born November 21, 1974 in Göttingen ) is a German theologian , author and educational consultant.

Life

Dario Pizzano grew up as the child of an Italian restaurateur and a German nurse in the Catholic enclave in Duderstadt in Eichsfeld , Lower Saxony . After a broken apprenticeship in a 4-star hotel in Eichsfeld, he completed an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk in Göttingen.

He then worked as an event and music manager. After various drug experiences , a psychological breakdown and a religious awakening followed after 12 years . In 2005, he began a study of theology at the Cathedral School Würzburg and began to write.

In 2008 his first book Himmlisch liebe Grüsse was published . Further publications and projects followed. The student work Christian Faith in Change appeared in 2009 and in 2010 the book Flowers on the New Path . In 2010 his religious biography eXzess-Meine Zwei Leben was published.

Dario Pizzano works in adult education for the diocese of Erfurt . He holds and organizes lectures as well as panel discussions and events for disadvantaged young people. Since 2010 he has been responsible for the work of the Eichsfeldforum , a series of discussions and lectures with theologians, philosophers, authors and religious scholars.

Pizzano is married and has five children.
