action
The psychiatrist Dr. Samantha Goodman specializes in dangerous sociopaths and sex drive offenders. After discussing a request for discharge from one of her patients, in which her condemning behavior is presented, it is learned that she herself suffers from an irreparable brain tumor . She takes the weekend off and surprises her husband and sister with a visit to her mountain hut. As soon as he arrives, a young man knocked after being transferred by friends. When he shoots the family dog, the three panic, but when Harlan Pyne, a former patient of Dr. Goodman shows up and begins a different kind of therapy . While Pyne forces the family to play his perverted games, Samantha becomes more and more aware of the effects of her growing tumor and the unapproved drug . Reality and fantasy, present and past are mixed up.
