Darren Barr (born March 17, 1985 in Glasgow ) is a Scottish football player who is under contract with the Scottish second division club Greenock Morton .

Athletic career

On July 12, 2002, Darren Barr signed a contract with FC Falkirk , where he plays with a break in the 2005/06 season, in which he was loaned to Forfar Athletic , until today. He scored nine goals in 93 games for Falkirk, remained goalless for Forfar in 15 games.

In December 2006 Barr was named Young Player of the Month and in April 2008 Player of the Month. In 2010 he signed a contract with Heart of Midlothian .

On August 20, 2008, he completed his first international match for the Scottish national team . He is the first national player from the ranks of Fallkirk since John White (1959).
