In 19th century Japan, the samurai Fusanosuke was a customer of a brothel in Edo. The geisha Oshin falls in love with the customer, but it is not possible for her to enter into a relationship with him due to the differences in class, because Oshin does not manage to become an honorable woman. However, when a storm surge hits some, they can savor the love for a customer.
