Reviews

“Pulsating hand-held camera images at a Gay Pride Happening, calm, stringently composed images for the action in Cuba. Valerie Heine describes the rapprochement between two brothers after the return of one from the USA, in a reduced and straightforward manner, also on the dialogue level, with a sense of style and avoiding common Cuba cliché motifs. An old family game is enough as a catalyst and leads to reconciliation. The acting performance of the protagonists is another reason to award the main prize to this masterfully produced film. "
