Dave Mills
Dave Mills (born April 21, 1939 ) is a former American sprinter who specialized in the 400-meter run .
In 1959 he finished fourth at the Pan American Games in Chicago and won silver in the 4 x 400 meter relay .
He set his personal best over 440 yards of 46.2 s (45.9 s over 400 m) on May 19, 1962 in Lafayette .
