David Generelo Miranda (born August 11, 1982 in Badajoz ) is a former Spanish soccer player who last played at Real Oviedo in the Segunda División .

Career

Generelo has always been seen as a great young talent for the future. Coming from his own youth, he made the leap into the first team of Real Saragossa , where things went uphill for him until he was on loan with the then promoted Gimnàstic de Tarragona . In the Catalans he was also able to convince as a regular and he was always one of the best in the Primera División when relegated from the 2006/07 season .

Thus, a sale for Real Zaragoza was off the table for the time being, but with just four league games in the 2007/08 season and the relegation of Zaragoza to the Segunda Division, a departure for Generelo's development seemed inevitable. However, he stayed and came in the 2008/09 season from 23 missions. In the summer of 2009 he moved to league rivals FC Elche .
