criticism
- On the novel The Paper Conspiracy : The American, born in 1966 , is a gifted historical author and knowledgeable historian who knows how to recognize and develop tension in a bone-dry subject. The first stock market crash in history cast its shadow - and David Liss made a fantastic crime thriller with this material, which also brilliantly brought the life of Jews to the stage of literature in the first half of the 18th century.
