David Marsh

David Marsh CBE (born July 30, 1952 ) is a British bank manager, author and journalist.

Career

Marsh graduated from the University of Oxford with a degree in chemistry . In 1973 he began his career as a journalist for the Reuters news agency . He also worked from 1978 and 1995 as a European correspondent in France and Germany for the Financial Times .

He is chairman of the investment bank London & Oxford Capital Markets plc. , Author of the column "Marsh on Monday" in Handelsblatt and honorary professor at the University of Birmingham .
