David Peipers
David Peipers (born June 16, 1838 in Frankfurt am Main , † September 25, 1912 in Göttingen ) was a German philosopher and classical philologist .
Life
After graduating as Dr. phil. in Göttingen in 1858 he taught as an associate professor of philosophy at the Philosophical Faculty (University of Göttingen ) from 1875 to 1912. His daughter was Else Peipers .
The focus of his research was on Plato .
