David Scott Dibble
David Scott Dibble (born August 27, 1965 ) is an American politician of the Democratic Party .
Life
Dibble studied at the University of Minnesota and the University of St. Thomas at Saint Paul . From January 3, 2001 to January 6, 2003, Dibble was an MP in the Minnesota House of Representatives . Dibble is since 2003 a member of the Minnesota Senate , succeeding Myron Orfield . He married Richard Leyva in California and lives in Minneapolis , Minnesota.
