Dawnbringer is an American heavy metal band from Chicago , Illinois . It was founded in 1995 by Chris Black in Malvern , Pennsylvania . Black is or was also a member of the bands Pharaoh , Nachtmystium , High Spirits and Superchrist.
history
After the EP Sacrament and the debut album Unbleed , both of which were released on the record label Twilight Records, the band released their second album Catharsis Instinct in 2000 on Icarus Music from Argentina . Following this, Chris Black relocated his activities to Chicago and recorded the album In Sickness and In Dreams with some new musicians . The band then achieved greater fame with its successor Nucleus , which was released by Profound Lore Records . On this, the drums , electric bass and keyboard by Chris Black were recorded in addition to the vocals , four (guest) guitarists can also be heard.
