Deborah Reis

Deborah Reis Puyesky , also known as Débora Reis , (born May 29, 1996 ) is a Uruguayan gymnast .

The 1.50 meter tall Deborah Reis took part with the Uruguayan team at the 2010 South American Games in Medellín . As part of the honors of the best Uruguayan athletes of the period 2009–2010 ("Deportista del Año"), she was named both best athlete of 2009 and best athlete of 2010 by the Comité Olímpico Uruguayo in the Teatro Solís on March 28, 2011 excellent in the category "gymnastics". In 2011 she competed at the Pan American Championships in Mexico. In theory, she also qualified for the 2011 Pan American Games in Guadalajara , but as a 15-year-old she was not allowed to start there. At the Copa Panamericana de Clubes in 2011, she won the bronze medal in the jump classification . In the "All Around" she took 6th place. In 2012 she was one of the winners at the 41st edition of the Premios Charrúa in the Hipódromo Nacional de Maroñas . In December 2013, alongside Cristhian Meneses, she was the only Uruguayan participant in the South American Championships held in the Centro Cultural y Deportivo in Santiago de Chile . In March 2014, she will be part of the Uruguayan team at the 2014 South American Games , which will also be held in Santiago de Chile.
