Decima Norman ( Clara Decima Norman, married Hamilton; born September 9, 1909 in Tammin , Western Australia , † August 29, 1983 in Albany ) was an Australian sprinter , long jumper and hurdler .

At the British Empire Games in Sydney in 1938 , she won five gold medals: over 100 yards , 220 yards, in the long jump and in the 440-yard and 660-yard relay.

In 1937 she was Australian champion over 100 and 220 yards, in 1940 over 90 yard hurdles and long jump.

In 1982 she became a Member of the Order of the British Empire .
