Degelo Architects is a Swiss architecture firm founded in 2005 by the architect Heinrich Degelo (* 1957 in Obwalden ) .

After the dissolution of the company Morger & Degelo on June 25, 2005, the architectural office Degelo Architects was founded under the direction of Heinrich Degelo. In the following years residential buildings followed and in 2008 the start of the renovation of the Freiburg University Library for 53 million euros in the city center of Freiburg im Breisgau . This began its trial operation on July 21, 2015 with a delay of almost two years.

From 2014, the Grosspeter Tower in Basel designed by Degelo Architects was to be built for 80 million Swiss francs. In August 2014 it became known that Degelo Architects were no longer responsible for the further design planning, but the architects Burckhardt and Partners .

The renovation of the St. Jakobshalle in Basel is to be carried out for around 107 million Swiss francs from 2016 to probably 2018 . The project competition for the renovation and modernization was won by the general planning team consisting of Degelo Architekten AG and Berrel Berrel Kräutler AG in June 2013.

The best placement by Degelo Architects in Baunetz's Top100 list was 84th in 2013.
