Delaney Davidson (* 1972 ) is a New Zealand musician whose music is described as a somber mixture of blues , country , rock and folk .
Life
Davidson grew up in Christchurch . After dropping out of school, he lived in Australia and Switzerland , worked in the restaurant business and played in various bands. In 2002 he joined the band Dead Brothers in Bern as a drummer .
Davidson has since released several solo albums. Currently, his albums appear on the record company Voodoo Rhythm Records . Davidson plays all the instruments himself.
Davidson also worked on theater productions. In a production of the Threepenny Opera at the Basel Theater , he played the trombone , drums and guitar .
In 2007 he played the lead role in the film The Road to Nod by Marc Littler .
