Delen (Ukrainian Делень ; Russian Делены / Deleny , Romanian Deleni ) a village in Bessarabia in the Ukrainian Oblast of Odessa .

The community, founded by Bulgarian settlers in 1830 , belonged to the territory of the Russian Empire as the Dewlet-Agacz colony .

The village is located in Arzys Rajon and forms together with the neighboring village Novoseliwka (Ukrainian Новоселівка ; German formerly Neu-Elft ) a district council .
