The Della Pia Glacier is a glacier in the west Antarctic Ellsworthland . It flows from the eastern slope of Mount Craddock between Mount Mohl and Elfring Peak in the Sentinel Range of the Ellsworth Mountains through to the Thomas Glacier .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 2006 after Max H. Della Pia (* 1953), commander of the 109th Air Transport Squadron of the New York Air National Guard from 1999 to 2006, which supported the United States Antarctic Program during this time .
