Mount Mohl is a 3710 m high mountain in the west Antarctic Ellsworthland . It rises in the Sentinel Range of the Ellsworth Mountains on the east side of the Vinson Massif from a ridge between the head ends of the Dater Glacier and the Thomas Glacier .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own surveys and using aerial photographs of the United States Navy between 1957 and 1959. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1961 after Commander Edgar Vincent Mohl (1915–1980) of the US Navy, engineer and Hydrograph in the first two Deep Freeze operations (1955–1956 and 1956–1957).
