Demir Özlü

Demir Özlü (born September 9, 1935 in İstanbul ) is a Turkish writer and lawyer.

In his atmospherically dense narratives, which, according to Wilpert, were influenced by existentialism , intellectual figures threatened in some way often play the main role.

Özlü lives in Sweden and Turkey and also has "close ties" to Germany.

Özlü is the older brother of Sezer Duru and Tezer Özlü .
