Democratic Party of Sandžak

The Democratic Party of Sandžak ( Bosnian and Serbian : Sandžačka demokratska partija, SDP) is a political party in Serbia .

It sees itself as representing the interests of the Bosniaks living in the Sandžak region . The party was founded in 1995. The chairman is Rasim Ljajić , the incumbent Minister for Labor and Social Affairs. In the parliamentary elections in 2008 , the party won 38.75% of the vote as part of the coalition For a European Serbia . She received four seats in parliament.
