Denis Berisha (born May 17, 1996 in Amstetten ) is an Austrian football player .

Career

Berisha started his career at SKU Amstetten . In 2010 he joined the youth team at FC Waidhofen / Ybbs . For the 2013/14 season he returned to Amstetten. In his first two seasons he was in the squad of the regional league team twice, but he did not make any appearances.

In July 2015 he finally made his debut in the Regionalliga when he came on as a substitute for Matthias Wurm in the 72nd minute against ASK Ebreichsdorf on the first day of the 2015/16 season . He scored his first goal in the regional league in the same month in a 3-1 win against SC Neusiedl am See .

With Amstetten he rose to the 2nd division in 2018 . In the promotion season 2017/18 he came to 25 appearances in the Regionalliga, in which he scored four goals. Berisha made his debut in the second division in July 2018 when he came on as a substitute for Marjan Markić in the 76th minute against Floridsdorfer AC on matchday one of the 2018/19 season .

In January 2019 he switched to the fourth class ASKÖ Oedt on loan .
