The Custodian III of Ovčáry (also hoard III of Ovčáry ) is a hoard of Early Bronze Age Unetice culture of Ovčáry u Kolína in Středočeský kraj , Czech Republic . It dates between 2000 and 1800 BC. Chr.
Find history
The depot was discovered in 1992 while plowing north-east of Ovčáry. The site is on the southwest slope of a small, sickle-shaped hill.
From Ovčáry there are two other finds ( I and II ) as well as a single bar from the Aunjetitz culture. The sites of the three depots are each more than 1 km apart, but there are lines of sight. The similarity of the found objects also suggests a connection.
composition
The depot consists of several bronze eyelet neck rings .
