Conny Steiner and Gunther Röser, two young men who had to serve a longer sentence for bodily harm or multiple thefts of personal property and are now about to be released, are sitting in the station manager's office. Master Albert Kindler and Brigadier Kurt Börner are also present. You have come to get an idea of Steiner and Röser, who are supposed to work in their plant after their release, by talking to the ward manager and intensively dealing with the criminal files.
