Deran Toksöz (born May 21, 1988 ) is a German soccer player . The central midfielder has been playing for the upper division FC Teutonia 05 Ottensen since January 2019 .

Career

Toksöz played in his youth for the Hamburg gymnastics club from 1816 and VfL Bochum . In 2007 he returned to Hamburg for FC St. Pauli , where he was only used in the reserve team. In 2011 he moved to Holstein Kiel. In the “Storks” he was active in both the first and the second team. After Toksöz only played three times for the pros in the first half of the 2013/14 season, he moved to the Regionalliga Nord at Eintracht Norderstedt in January 2014 and signed a contract that ran until summer 2016. In Norderstedt, Toksöz was a regular right away. In the rest of the season he was only in one game due to a yellow card suspension and made a significant contribution to staying up. In 2016 and 2017 he won the Hamburg Cup with Norderstedt .

In November 2018, Toksöz mutually agreed to part ways with Eintracht at the end of the year and joined the top division FC Teutonia 05 Ottensen .
