In June 2004, Canadian customs confiscated a piece of mail in which the substance could be found, the purpose of which was only revealed through an anonymous email. This is likely to be a recently created substance, as the substance has not yet been detected in urine samples from athletes stored after doping controls .
This doping agent was recently discovered in the urine of three US and one British athletes.
