Detlef Grieswelle

Detlef Grieswelle (born November 22, 1942 in Kaiserslautern ) is a German cultural sociologist , political advisor and author.

After studying general sociology , cultural sociology and social policy with subsequent doctorate, Grieswelle initially worked in a private research institute for applied economic and social research, later as a scientific policy advisor in the political academy of a foundation. He then worked in the federal administration with fundamental social policy issues .

Since 1972 he has published books on topics such as general sociology, sport sociology, political rhetoric, social policy, youth unemployment and intergenerational justice . In addition, he wrote around fifty essays on historical and political topics.
