Agrotron 165.7

Agrotron is a series of tractors from the German agricultural machinery brand Deutz-Fahr introduced in 1995 . The current Agrotron series includes the Agrotron K with 62 kW (84 PS) to the Agrotron X with 202 kW (275 PS). From 1996 the Agrotron series was expanded with the Agroplus downwards, in the range from 60 to 100 HP. In 2007 the Agrofarm series was added. Both series were replaced by the Agrotron Series 5 in 2014.

For more economical and time-saving work, thanks to the optional front linkage and front PTO drive, front attachments such as front packers, mowers and road sweepers can be attached and operated. The Agrotron is known for the clear view cabin developed by Deutz-Fahr with a generous all-round view through the use of large glass surfaces.

Equipment lines

SAME Deutz-Fahr offers the Agrotron in three equipment lines, which can be expanded with packages:

  • Standard - The basic tractor is offered with mechanically operated control devices and basic equipment. Compressed air supply systems, air conditioning or cabin suspension are available in the form of equipment packages.
  • ProfiLine - The ProfiLine is the upscale equipment variant with z. B. electrically operated control units via the PowerComS armrest or the sprung front axle as standard. In addition, the PowerComS armrest provides headland management so that repetitive turning maneuvers are available at the push of a button.
  • TTV - Corresponds to the ProfiLine, but also with continuously variable TTV transmission.

Series

The Agrotron has been revised several times since 1995 in order to improve deficiencies in equipment and workmanship, but also in the dimensions and quality of the parts used. The new series K, L, M and X and the stepless TTV form the current range of tractors from 66 to 202 kW. In 2013 the Agrotron Series 5, Agrotron Series 6 and Agrotron Series 7 were added

Agrotron K

Agrotron K 90

The Agrotron K has been on the market since 2005. Until spring 2008, the Agrotron K was equipped with a Deutz AG diesel engine with outputs of 66, 74, 81 and 88 kW (90-120 PS). The engine series is BF4M 2012 C with 4 cylinders and 4 liters displacement or BF6M 2012C with 6 cylinders and 6 liters displacement for the K110. A new TCD 2012 L04 or L06 engine has been installed since spring 2008. It is a completely new engine concept with common rail injection . The rated outputs are now 66, 74 and 81 kW, with the 81 kW variant available as a four or six-cylinder engine.

The gearbox is the T 7100 and is manufactured by the Passau gear factory . With crawler gear, it has 36/12 gears, divided into four gears with three powershift stages each and a further subdivision into field / road. An electro-hydraulic reversing gear is also standard. The oil bath lamellar clutch can also be operated using a button on the gearshift lever. Speeds between 0.25 km / h and 50 (40) km / h are possible.

A sprung front axle is fitted as standard in the 50 km / h version.

As additional equipment, there are front loaders as well as front hydraulics and front PTO shaft or various attachment options such as Piton-Fix or Pick-Up-Hitch.

Agrotron M

On the market since the beginning of 2008, it replaces tractors with the designation Agrotron 120 to 180.7. The TCD 2012 L06 2V or 4V from Deutz serves as the motor. The power spectrum extends from 81 to 133 kW (110–185 hp), divided into seven tractor types (M 600, M610, M 615, M620, M625, M 640, M 1050). The two large ones, 640 and 650, work with four-valve technology, as do the 615 and 625.

With the M, too, you can rely on the T 7200 transmission from ZF , a six-speed manual transmission with four powershift stages and an electro-hydraulic reverse gear. As with all other tractors, the sprung front axle is standard on the 50 km / h version.

Front loaders, front hydraulics and front PTO or various attachment options such as Piton Fix or Pick-Up-Hitch are available as additional equipment. There is a pneumatic cab suspension for comfort.

Agrotron X

Agrotron X 710

The Agrotron X represents the 147 kW class tractors with outputs of 154 kW (designation X710) and 191 kW (designation X720). The series was revised again for Agritechnica 2007 and adapted to the state of the art.

Both variants get the power from a supercharged six-cylinder Deutz engine with a displacement of seven liters . The fuel tank of up to 550 liters (including additional tank) is worth mentioning. As with all other tractors in the Agrotron series, a new Deutz engine with common rail technology and a completely revised concept has been installed on the X since spring 2008. The X is available with the new TCD 2013 L06 4V engine with four-valve technology. The output has been adjusted to 161 and 193 kW (219/262 PS) from six cylinders with 7.1 l displacement.

Power is transmitted by the ZF T-7300 transmission with a total of 40/40 gears, divided into six shift gears as well as four powershift stages and creep speed. Hydraulic reverser is standard. As with all other tractors, the sprung front axle is standard on the 50 km / h version.

As additional equipment there are front loaders as well as front hydraulics and front PTO or various attachment options such as Piton Fix or Pick-Up-Hitch.

Agrotron TTV

Agrotron TTV 620

The TTV has the designations 1145 and 1160 with 107 and 118 kW (145/160 PS). At Agritechnica 2007, the new TTV with a different name and common rail engine were presented. They are the TTV 610 with 121 kW (165 PS) and the TTV 620 with 135 kW incl. 11 kW Boost (184 PS). In addition, the series was expanded to include another tractor. The Agrotron TTV 630 delivers 164 kW (224 PS) with a 13 kW boost. In 2012 the new Agrotron Series 7 was presented. This has the new MaxiVision cab with a new control armrest and 12.1 "touchscreen. In addition, the optional top speed has been increased to 60 km / h. This new series was able to win coveted prizes within a short period of time. The Agrotron 7250 TTV won at EIMA 2012 for the Tractor of the Year 2012 selected. 2013 Agrotron 7250 received a red dot design award in the field of automotive .

The difference between the TTV and the Agrotron M series is the continuously variable transmission from ZF called Eccom (the S-Matic is used in the TTV 630). As with most competitors, you can accelerate steplessly from 0 km / h to up to 50 km / h.

Natural power

The vegetable oil- powered Agrotron Natural Power was also presented at Agritechnica . The Agrotron Natural Power is based on the Agrotron M. The concept consists of a two-tank system and a special electronic fuel selection. When starting, in short-distance operation and when the engine is cold, diesel continues to be used because the vegetable oil cannot be used in these situations, mainly due to its highly temperature-dependent viscosity.
