Devendra Singh
Devendra Singh (born January 12, 1938 in India , † May 18, 2010 ) was an American psychologist at the University of Texas at Austin , who attracted attention in 1993 with his research on the waist-to-hip ratio as a measure of female attractiveness .
He received his Doctor of Philosophy from Ohio State University in Columbus , Ohio .
His main research interests include a. on the importance of female attractiveness in the context of models of evolutionary biology .
