Deze small wereld (dt. This little world ) is a Dutch documentary - short film by Charles Huguenot van der Linden from 1972. The by him and his wife Martina Huguenot van der Linden was produced film at the 45th Academy Awards in 1973 with an Oscar excellent.

The theme of the film is the preoccupation with old toys, which are part of various Dutch collections, from which individual pieces are presented. The film tries to bring "this little world" to life. Toys always represent a part of the world in whose time they were created, and thus also reflect the past. Quite a few of the individual pieces show the humor, impartiality and ingenuity of the craftsmen who made them.
