The Diet Association (also the Federal Association of Manufacturers of Food for Special Nutrition ) is a registered association based in Bonn , which deals with dietetics and, through the Federal Center for Health Education (BZgA), has an advisory role for the federal government. He works closely with the Working Group of the Scientific Medical Societies in Germany (AWMF).

  • Representation of the common interests of the dietetic food industry in [the Federal Republic of] Germany in economic and health policy areas
  • Expert advice to the Bundestag and the federal government on all questions relating to the products of this industry.
