Diahren is a part of the municipality of Waddeweitz in the Lüchow-Dannenberg district in Lower Saxony . The Püggener Mühlenbach flows on the western edge of the Rundlingsdorf . The B 493 runs north .

history

On July 1, 1972, Diahren was incorporated into the municipality of Waddeweitz.

Culture

There are four-column hall houses around the closed village square. The oldest surviving hall house with the number 2 is named as the year of construction 1792. The other houses were rebuilt after fires, especially the major fire of 1808, instead of the old houses.

In Diahren, people meet every year between Ascension and Pentecost for the cultural country party .
