Diana zu Hohenlohe

Diana Princess zu Hohenlohe-Oehringen (* 1970 ) is a German legal scholar.

Life

She studied law at the Universities of Düsseldorf , Utrecht and Cambridge . She received her doctorate from the University of Münster and a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney . She worked as a research assistant at the University of Cologne and at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law in Heidelberg. She completed her habilitation in the law department of the University of Frankfurt am Main . She was awarded the Venia Legendi for the subjects of constitutional and administrative law, international law, canon law and comparative law. She taught as a visiting professor at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and represented chairs at the universities of Freiburg im Breisgau , Jena and Trier .

Her main research interests are national public law, European law and international law, in particular fundamental and human rights, comparative law in public law, university law, study and examination law and state church law / religious constitutional law.
