The Dickens Peak is a mountain in the center of Thurston Island before Eights Coast of the West Antarctic Ellsworthlands . In the Walker Mountains, it rises 2.5 km north-northwest of Smith Peak .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 2003 after J. D. Dickens, a member of the flight crew of the Eastern Group of Operation Highjump (1946–1947) carried out by the United States Navy .
