content

Under the command of Captain Stone, the USS HIGHLANDER, the largest ship in the fleet, returns to the planet Themis. Stone thinks of his predecessor, the legendary Captain Robert T. Norad, who mysteriously disappeared here on a mission. His crew also thinks back to him - it turns out that Norad is by no means the hero Stone thinks he is. Strictly speaking, he's a fool who wears a captain's uniform and drives everyone crazy. He also caused his mysterious disappearance himself, because he pulled the wrong cable at the wrong moment. His crew have no regrets about the disappearance, but Norad is proving to be extraordinarily tough.
