Diego Domínguez (actor)

Diego Domínguez Llort (born October 13, 1991 in Saragossa , Aragon , Spain ) is a Spanish actor , dancer and singer . He became internationally known for the role of Diego Hernández in the Disney Channel series Violetta .

Life

Domínguez was born in Zaragoza , Aragon , in October 1991 . In 2003 he took part in the Spanish preliminary round for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Copenhagen , where he came under the last three. In the preliminary round he met Sergio Jesús García Gil (who represented Spain at the JESC) and María Jesús López Valderrama and founded the band 3 + 2 with them and Blanca Liquete Marcos and Irune Agirre Tens . He released four albums with them. The band broke up in 2007.

Domínguez then formed the duo Juego De Dos with María . They made music together for two years until 2009 and then decided to go separate ways. Domínguez then began his acting career in Spanish television series such as El secreto de Puente Viejo or La pecera de Eva .

In 2012 he traveled to Buenos Aires to do test recordings for the Argentinian youth telenovela Violetta . The producers liked Domínguez and hired him for the male lead in the second season of the series. He was seen in it from April 2013 to February 2015 in the role of Diego Hernández .

In 2016 he worked in Italy. He won dance dance dance with his life partner Maria Clara Alonso
