Dieter Dreyer

Dieter Dreyer (born January 21, 1940 in Hamburg ) is a Hamburg politician ( CDU ).

Life and politics

Dieter Dreyer completed his military service (reserve officer) after graduating from high school. He completed a degree in business administration and geography and received a degree in business administration. Among other things, he worked for the Albingia insurance group as head of group accounting. When he ran for the state elections in 2008 , he was already a pensioner. He is married and has two children and four grandchildren.

Dreyer joined the CDU in 1981 and was a deputy to the school and finance authorities. His political specialties are finance, budget and senior citizens policy. In February 2008 he was able to move into the Hamburg citizenship as a member of the Hamburg parliament through constituency 16 Harburg , to which he belonged until February 2011. For his group he sat on the submissions committee, budget committee, committee for the public service and human resources as well as in the urban development committee.
